Terms for using the BrickPads service.

Acceptance of the Terms

By accessing or using BrickPads, you agree to these Terms and the linked Investment and Data Disclosures. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use BrickPads. Do not create an account or use the service if you are under 18.

Service status and availability

BrickPads is an operating software service. Features, calculations, assumptions, data sources, presentation, and availability may change as the product evolves. The service may be interrupted, limited, corrected, or withdrawn when reasonably necessary.

Accounts and account security

You must provide accurate account information, protect your credentials, and promptly report suspected unauthorized use through the Contact page. You are responsible for activity performed through your account unless applicable requirements provide otherwise.

Do not share credentials in a way that compromises the service or another person's information.

U.S. property-data scope

BrickPads may be accessed by users generally, but its property data and analysis are limited to properties located in the United States. This product scope does not mean BrickPads provides complete coverage or live rankings for every U.S. market.

Informational tools and estimates

BrickPads provides deterministic screening tools, estimates, assumptions, scores, and strategy comparisons for informational use. It does not provide individualized investment, legal, tax, accounting, appraisal, inspection, insurance, lending, brokerage, zoning, regulatory, or property-management advice.

Review the Disclosures for important data and investment limitations.

User responsibilities and independent verification

You are responsible for deciding whether an opportunity deserves further investigation and for independently verifying every material fact before acting. This includes listing status, ownership, title, liens, price, condition, repairs, permits, zoning, rental restrictions, taxes, insurance, utilities, financing, comparable sales, rents, regulations, and transaction terms.

You are also responsible for obtaining appropriate professional advice for your circumstances.

Acceptable use

You may use BrickPads for ordinary personal use, legitimate investment analysis, and reasonable sharing of analysis you created for your own work. You may not:

• Seek unauthorized access or attempt to defeat authentication, security, or access controls.
• Share or misuse credentials, impersonate another person, or interfere with another account.
• Introduce malicious code or use excessive automated requests that disrupt the service.
• Scrape or collect content in a way that violates applicable rights, provider restrictions, or service protections.
• Use BrickPads to violate law or facilitate unlawful conduct.
• Misrepresent BrickPads data or estimates as independently verified facts.
• Resell or republish protected BrickPads content without permission.

Third-party listings, data, services, and links

BrickPads may display or rely on information from third-party providers and may link to third-party services. That information may be delayed, incomplete, unavailable, estimated, or inaccurate. Third-party services operate under their own terms and policies.

Saved content and alert limitations

Saved Deals and Saved Searches help authenticated users organize and revisit work. Eligible paid users may enable daily monitored-market checks and receive one daily email digest when genuinely new matches are found.

Search evaluation and email-delivery timing are not guaranteed. Listing data can change between an alert and the user's review, and push and SMS delivery are not active.

Free and paid service options

BrickPads offers Starter, Investor, and Pro access as described on the production Pricing page. Property-analysis allowances reset each calendar month; cached identical analyses do not consume another credit, and failed runs release their reservation. Paid subscriptions are purchased through Stripe Checkout and automatically renew at the displayed interval and price until canceled or changed.

Users can manage payment methods, invoices, plan changes, and cancellation through Stripe Customer Portal. Cancellation normally takes effect at the end of the paid period. Trial terms and the date billing begins are shown before checkout. The first 250 successfully activated paid accounts may claim the displayed founding-member annual price; that price remains active while the eligible founding subscription remains active and ends when it is canceled or replaced. It is not a lifetime-price promise after that subscription ends.

Intellectual property and permitted use

BrickPads branding, interface, software, and original site content are made available for use with the service. Except for your own inputs and analysis, you may not copy, resell, or republish protected content beyond reasonable personal or internal investment-evaluation use without permission.

Google Maps imagery

Property cards may display Google Street View or Static Maps imagery as a location aid. It is not a listing photo, inspection, or representation of current property condition. Google imagery remains subject to Google's applicable terms, attribution, and use restrictions.

Feedback

If you choose to provide product feedback, BrickPads may use it to evaluate and improve the service. Do not include confidential information or material you are not authorized to share.

Suspension and termination

BrickPads may restrict or suspend access when reasonably necessary to address security concerns, misuse, violations of these Terms, risk to other users, or operation of the service. Features may also be discontinued as the product changes.

Account deletion

You may request account deletion through the Contact page. BrickPads may need to verify the request and may retain limited information where reasonably necessary for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, backups, or legitimate records.

Disclaimers and limitations

BrickPads is provided on an as-available basis. BrickPads does not guarantee uninterrupted availability, complete or current data, accurate estimates, investment results, or suitability for a particular transaction.

To the extent applicable requirements allow, users remain responsible for decisions and losses arising from their reliance on unverified information or failure to complete appropriate due diligence. Nothing in these Terms excludes responsibilities that cannot legally be excluded.

Changes to the service or Terms

BrickPads may change the service or these Terms as the product evolves. Revised Terms will display a new effective date. Material changes should be reviewed before continued use.
